This is an 13x4 T-part frontal wig with transparent Swiss lace. This wig is 180 density. You'll be able to part anywhere in between your eyes with this wig or you can wear it without a part. This is a stock wig. Meaning it is one size fits all. This wig comes as is. If you would like your wig styled, plucked, and knots bleached etc, please add the wig styling option to your cart. If you would like a custom made wig made to fit your head, please book a custom made wig. For pre-orders allow 1-3 days for us to ship, store pickup, or same day local delivery.

    Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, Order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, refunds, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.

    Customers are advised to complete all return requests within 7 days of receipt in order to qualify for a store credit. Any return request not received within the specific time frame will be disqualified, The product must be sent back in the original packaging condition(resell-able condition) as it was when shipped from us, meaning it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored or altered in any way(Original ties must remain in tact as it was received by the customer).     For your protection, we suggest that all returns be sent back to us through a traceable postal carrier with signature. We are not responsible for lost items in transit. All Sales are Final. No returns will be accepted.

      Replacements
      We take great pride in our product and it is 100% guaranteed. Since natural hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning, product issues or concerns can often easily be remedied by implementing a simple care regimen. However, if you feel you've received a product that is unusual we want to hear from you. Notify a Customer Care Specialist via email (support@weavecentralcharlotte.com) within 7 calendar days from the date you received your package. Note that using non -recommended products , perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the opportunity for a replacement, if it applies. If Weave Central verifies and agrees that the product is defective in any way, Weave Central will then exchange or replace the item.
      If Weave Central does not validate the product defect issue, we will return the item in question to the customer at our expense (via priority mail) without an replacement of product.       Limitation of Liability
      Weave Central, does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available after purchase. Weave Central will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, Weave Central is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, Weave Central LLC is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.

Client Consent Form

Please note: If you are under the age of 18 you must bring a parent or legal guardian to sign this form. We will NOT accept signatures from anyone under the age of 18. Please let us know ahead of time if your parent/legal guardian is not available for your appointment and we can email/text it to them.

I understand and agree to the following:


I am over the age of 18.


I understand that chemicals and the products used during a service can have varying effects based on each individual's physical characteristics. I am electing to receive these services and that an allergic or adverse reaction is possible.


I agree that Weave Central LLC and its employees are not responsible or liable if I have an allergic reaction or adverse reaction to any of the products or techniques used.


I agree that I will follow the regimen and the suggested follow-ups received from Weave Central LLC and it's employees with regard to the health, treatment, and maintaining my hair.


I agree that I will not go over the advised wear time frame for my service(s) and if I do, Weave Central LLC and it's employees are not responsible for any damages or injuries that may occur.


I acknowledge that I have been fully informed by my hairstylist and understand and assume all risks associated with the service I am receiving.


I confirm that Weave Central LLC and it's employees will not be responsible or liable if the result of the service is not as expected.


I understand the price of the service(s) and understand that there are no refunds.


I agree and release Weave Central LLC and it's employees from any and all Liability and responsibility for any damages or injuries to myself or my personal property.


I give consent to Weave Central LLC to take photographs and videos of the provided service.


I consent that Weave Central LLC may use my photos in terms of sharing the photographs and videos on social media for marketing campaigns or testimonials.


Weave Central LLC serves clients one (1) alcoholic beverage free of charge. Weave Central has no responsibility or liability of any injuries or damages caused by clients consuming alcohol. I hereby waive all legal rights to pursue any form of legal action against Weave Central LLC resulting from any injuries or damages caused by consuming intoxicants.


I have read and understood the terms and conditions of this waiver and release. I understand and confirm that by signing this waiver and release, I have given up considerable future legal rights. I have signed this agreement freely, voluntarily, under no duress or threat of duress, without inducement, promise or guarantee being communicated to me. My signature is proof of my intention to execute a complete and unconditional wavier and release of all liability to the full extent of the law. I am 18 years of age or older and mentally competent to enter into this waiver and release.


If you book the wrong service by not reading or calling us, you still will be charged the full price of whatever service you booked. For example, If you mistakenly book a lace closure sew in which is a 3 hour service and come in saying that you want a basic quick weave which take an hour and 1/2 you will still be charged the full price of the lace closure sew in. Because when you book that blocks off our time and we're not able to accept more appointments for that time. Please book the right service.
